The Mesquite self-storage project is a ground-up development that is part of a mixed-use development that will also include single-family for-rent homes. The self-storage will include a 3-story building that is 100% climate control with state-of-the-art security. The property will be managed by Extra Space, and it is anticipated that construction will begin in Q4 2022 with a completion date in Q4 2023.
